Return Policy

At Livindi, we aim to ensure your satisfaction with our products. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product under the following conditions:

  • Return Period: All products must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date to be eligible for a refund.
  • Condition of Product: Items must be returned in their original packaging, including all accessories and documentation. Products that show signs of wear, misuse, or damage caused by the consumer will not be eligible for a refund.
  • Inspection Upon Return: All returned products will be inspected upon receipt. Products that do not meet the conditions specified here may not be eligible for a refund.  
  • Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of up to 20% of the product's purchase price may be applied at Livindi's discretion.
  • Non-Refundable Fees: Shipping fees, subscription fees, and any associated costs are non-refundable.
  • Refund Processing: Refunds for eligible returns will be processed within 5–10 business days after the return has been received and inspected. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
  • Warranty Claims: This return policy is separate from our Limited Warranty. If you believe your product is defective due to a manufacturing issue, please refer to our warranty terms for further assistance.
  • Arbitration Agreement: Any disputes regarding returns will be handled in accordance with our "Dispute Resolution" section as outlined in our Terms of Service.
  • Bed Sensors: Returned bed sensors may not eligible for refund.
